The Australia Sevens teams are out to replicate their Spanish success as the World Championship reaches its finale in Bordeaux.

Both sides took out the crown in Valladolid and sit in the top three of the three-leg World Championship.

The Women open the tournament against Brazil (8:36pm AEST), with Amahli Hala replacing Tia Hinds (calf), with Maddison Levi named despite a knee injury.

The Men will start their campaign against Uruguay (10:22pm AEST), welcoming back Jayden Blake as he fills in for Dietrich Roache (ankle).

Liam Barry's side will start the tournament without James Turner, suspended for the pool stages after a red card in the Final.
