The Western Force will welcome back injured trio Rod Davies, Peter Grant and Heath Tessmann to face the Rebels.

In what is their first World Series Rugby match against an Australian opponent, force coach Tim Sampson has reshuffled his 23 somewhat.

Centres Henry Taefu and AJ Alatimu will start together for the first time, with Davies on the wing and Grant starting at fullback for the clash, after a nasty concussion suffered against the Fiji Warriors.

Saturday night's clash is the third in the seven-match World Series Rugby series the Force is playing, with matches against teams like Japan's Panasonic Wild Knights and the Crusaders also in the mix.

The Rebels named their team earlier in the week, with a host of former Force players in the side.

The Force host the Rebels in World Series Rugby on Saturday night, kicking off at 8pm local, 10pm AEST, LIVE on FOX SPORTS and via 7Two in WA.
