The ACT, Queensland Red and New South Wales Blue all emerged unbeaten from Day One of the 2014 National Women's Championship at the Institute of Sport in Canberra.

Queensland Red Head Coach Sione Fukofuka was happy with his team's display, particularly in the first two games.
"We were a little fatigued in that final game. But we started very well against ASRU and NSW. The level is going to go up a couple of notches tomorrow so we will need to be ready to go from the start."
