The National Club Development Webinar Series has been delivered throughout 2026 to provide rugby clubs and volunteers with practical support to strengthen their off-field operations.
Each 30-minute webinar focused on key areas of club development, including Governance & Compliance, Volunteerism, Recruitment & Retention, and Financial Management. The sessions are designed to build the capability and confidence of rugby club volunteers, with practical insights and resources that can be applied within clubs.
All webinars have been recorded and are available to review and share. Each recorded webinar is supported by an accessible slide deck, along with a range of easy-to-use resources and supporting documents.
The National Club Development Webinar Series will return in 2027, with a new range of topics designed to further support volunteers and contribute to a stronger, more capable club network.
