Tabua Tuinakauvadra is a damaging forward who grew up in Orange, NSW, before relocating to Canberra as a teenager.

Tuinakauvadra is of Fijian heritage with her family from the Nadroga-Navosa province in Fiji.

Tuinakauvadra made her ACT Brumbies debut in 2022 and quickly became a mainstay in the side.

She made her Wallaroos debut against Fiji in 2023 before her breakout period came late in 2024 when she took advantage of an injury to Piper Duck and produced consistent performances in the No.8 role during WXV 2.

Tuinakauvadra would continue her strong form in 2025, playing in every fixture to be crowned Wallaroos player of the year at the Rugby Australia awards.

She played at her first World Cup, dominating in the back row.
