Emily Henrich

Henrich began playing rugby at 6 years old. From a young age, Emily was able to keep up with the high school rugby players that her mother coached at Orchard Park High School. During high school, her team won four New York State Championships and she was named MVP for all four matches. She was the youngest player on the High School All-American team and captained the East High School All-Americans in 2016.

While playing rugby, she was also a nationally ranked aerial skier and won the Eastern Championships in aerials when she was 14 years old.

While still in college, Henrich made her international debut with the USA against New Zealand in Chicago 2018. Seven years later, she would also be named to her first Rugby World Cup, competing with the USA in England.
