Wigley returned to the Force squad in 2026, after missing 24 months of action due to an ACL injury suffered in Round 4 of the 2024 season. The bubbly full-back previously notched up 18 caps for the Force after debuting in 2020. Wigley, who plays for Wanneroo, had won the 2023 Sue Roberts Trophy for the Fortescue Premier Grade Women’s Player of the Year, along with the competition’s top point scorer award. She is a Mater Dei graduate, who plays for Wests-Scarborough in her junior days. Surrey-born Wigley did gymnastics for eight years before taking up rugby and is currently studying sonography.
