LIVE: Day 3 of the Buildcorp Australian Schools and Junior Rugby Union (ASJRU) Championships is run and done at Kawana Sports Precinct.

Day 3 saw the ASRU competition pause and welcomed three new NJRC divisions: U16 Girls, U18 Girls and U18 Boys.

Here's everything you need to know about the Buildcorp Australian Schools and Junior Rugby Union Championships.

Sydney Juniors and Western Australia went unbeaten in the U18 Girls division while Sydney Juniors and Queensland Country dominated proceedings in the U16 Girls.

Queensland Country and Brisbane City are the U16 Boys front-runners after going 2-0 in their opening day.

Earlier, New South Wales dominated Day 1 with all four NSW teams picking up wins while Queensland 1, South Australia and Victoria also enjoyed early success.

New South Wales' reign continued on Day 2 with both NSW 1 and NSWJRU Barbarians enjoying strong wins before a hard-fought derby between NSW 2 and NSWJRU.
