The Wallaroos are back in Test mode after their encouraging performance across the ditch to New Zealand.
Jo Yapp's side are now ready to put an exclamation mark on their World Cup preparations as they welcome Wales for a two-match series starting this weekend.
The side enjoyed a few days off following their 37-12 loss to the Black Ferns, with the squad spending time in Gold Coast clubland travelling up to Brisbane for the Wallabies' First Test against the British & Irish Lions.

The Gold Coast rugby community has been quick to embrace the Wallaroos with Layne Morgan happy to be back in her own backyard.
"It's been great getting around the community here," the Wallaroo halfback told reporters on Monday.
"We've had an awesome afternoon yesterday with the young girls down at their training day. It was just so good to see all the young girls coming into rugby and getting involved in the XVs game.
"We had a little pit stop on a Sunday between training where we could get down to the beach and do our recovery options - it's been great. All the girls have been out, making sure they get a little bit of sunshine, but not too much! I've been loving it up here.
"The atmosphere was amazing at the Lions game; to see a sold-out Suncorp and see the Australian community get around our boys as well.
"The Lions community coming to Australia for the game; it was an unreal atmosphere, goosebumps. Hopefully we can get the girls game to be similar in the future and have sold-out games like that would be amazing."
A healthy crowd is expected to welcome the Wallaroos and Wales to Ballymore this coming Saturday afternoon - with Wales coming in after a tough Six Nations campaign and desperate to claim their first win of the year.
The sides may also be in line to meet later in the year - if both make it to the World Cup quarter finals.
"We had two games against them back over in Wales and South Africa [last year], so it's awesome to have them coming to our home soil [to] get more games and exposure," Morgan said.
"They're a rival team, we're hoping to get a clean sweep into the World Cup and show Wales what we've got.
"I think there was a moment of growth when we came from the first to the second game [in 2024], especially in WXV 2 and taking out that title. We're not really reflecting on those games too much; we're a whole new team and we've grown so much since those games.
"They are gonna be hungry coming in here wanting to win, we've also got to stick to our processes and trust the work that we've done.
"Wales is a team that always comes for a win, so it's a great clash when we go against them. Just focusing on us, making sure we do all the right things leading into the game plan and type of rugby we want to play at the World Cup is really important.
"You want to get one up on the Welsh. That's always a goal."
Despite the loss in New Zealand, the Wallaroos continued to show promise - only trailing the world champions by three points at half time.
The side will have to navigate the match without two of their biggest stars in skipper Siokapesi Palu (foot) and star back Charlotte Caslick (ankle), but Morgan believes their absence before the World Cup provides a great opportunity for other squad members to press their case.
"We took a lot out of that [NZ] game and took a lot of learnings from that first half," Morgan said.
"We're definitely building on things that we want to grow into our 80-minute performance... We're missing Charlotte and Pesi not being in the team right now with their injuries, but we're definitely hopeful that they'll be back for the World Cup… they're definitely putting in the work and getting their rehab done.
"We definitely have a lot of girls competing for those positions. I can't really pick out a certain player because our team is so competitive right now.
"You've got Georgia Frederichs coming back into this series as well, Ruby Anderson, Lily Bone, it's exciting to see the players coming in as well as the ones that we already have in the squad like Piper Duck Emily Chancellor and Manua [Moleka] as well
"It's going to put up some real competition our team and it's going to be really hard to get that position between the girls that we've got, they're all great players.
"We're prioritising this team so we're in the best position come the World Cup.
"We know our roles, we're healthy, we're ready to go and we're coming out firing."
