The Wallabies will be out to bounce back as they prepare for the opening Test of the Bledisloe series against the All Blacks in Melbourne.

Dave Rennie's men were dominated by South Africa in Sydney, heading to Marvel Stadium with plenty to prove.

They welcome a brand new halves combination, headlined by the return of Bernard Foley at flyhalf.

Foley has not played for the Wallabies since 2019, partnering former Waratahs teammate Jake Gordon.

Lalakai Foketi comes into the starting side, joined by Andrew Kellaway as the Wallabies begin their quest to bring back the Bledisloe Cup.

With a sold out crowd expected at Marvel, there's a decent Victorian flavour around the squad, with Rob Leota and Pete Samu slotting into the back row along with Rob Valetini.

Former Rebel Marika Koroibete will play his 50th Test for the Wallabies as Melbourne born Jordan Petaia comes onto the bench.

They face an All Blacks team eager to back up their impressive victory over Argentina in Waikato.

The Kiwis were dominant as they cruised to a 53-3 win, making just two changes to their starting side.

Ardie Savea remained in New Zealand for the birth of his child, replaced by Blues enforcer Hoskins Sotutu

As well as this, lock Brodie Retallick comes into the starting side for the first time since fracturing a cheekbone against Ireland.
