Super W: All the team news for Round Two

To round out the first round of #SuperW the Brumbies hosted the NSW Waratahs in wet conditions at GIO Stadium, Canberra.

The Super W clubs have confirmed their sides for round two as they look to make a statement after a thrilling opening round.

The round begins in Melbourne as the Rebels welcome the Brumbies, with both teams eager to bounce back after last week's defeats.

This is followed in Queensland with the Reds hosting the impressive Fijiana Drua, who are eager to replicate their trial victory a month ago.

Round two finishes in Sydney with the defending champions Waratahs taking on the Western Force at Leichhardt Oval, out to increase their winning streak.

Friday 11 March 5:05 pm AEDT – Melbourne Rebels v Brumbies at AAMI Park, ad-free, live and on demand on Stan Sport

The Rebels have largely kept the starting squad that went down to the Fijian Drua at Endeavour Hills.

Tangata Tupou is the lone change to the forward pack, elevated from the bench, swapping with Willow Rowland.

The only other change sees Sarah Hogan move onto the wing as Claire Ryan is added to the bench.

Meanwhile, the Brumbies have moved Lillyann Mason-Spice to fullback after their narrow defeat to the Waratahs.

This sees Hailey Derera added to the wing, with Teilya Hetaraka pushed into the starting side at flyhalf.

Tania Naden has been included in the front-row alongside Iris Verebalavu and Louise Burrows, with Harriet Elleman reverting to the reserves.

Brumbies legend Shellie Milward continues her remarkable return with a start in the second row

On the bench, Makoto Lavemai, Tabua Tuinakauvadra and Gisela Vea are in line for their Brumbies debut.

Despite their win over the Force, Reds coach Simon Craig has opted for a number of changes as they prepare for the Drua.

Kiri Lingman comes into the back-row, joined by captain Shannon Parry and Sophie Holyman.

Malaela Su’a joins the centres on debut, shifting Melanie Wilks to the wing alongside Ivania Wong.

Meanwhile, Renae Nona partners Sarah Lewis in the halves on her starting debut.

As for the Drua, captain Bitila Tawake shifts from number eight to the front-row after a dominant display last week.

Jiowana Sauto reverts to flanker as Sereima Leweniqila replaces Tawake at the back of the scrum.

Vani Arei comes into the centres to partner Raijieli Laqeretabu, with Vitalina Naikore and Kolora Lomani swapping wings

She completes the back-row alongside Emily Chancellor and Anita Faimasui Brown, with Piper Duck in the USA with the Sevens side.

Ana-Lise Sio earns her first start of 2022, joined by Kaitlan Leaney in the second-row whilst Penelope Leaitaua and Emily Robinson have been elevated to the starting side.

Tatum Bird partners Pauline Piliae in the halves, with Nicole Nathan slotting into the centres.

16-year-old Ella Koster comes onto the bench, who will become the youngest Waratah in history if selected

Meanwhile, the Force has made several changes after a thumping defeat to the Reds.

Kendra Fell and Nicole Lexington make up the halves after strong performances from the bench, shifting captain Trilleen Pomare to the centres.

As a result, Aiysha Wigley moves to the wing, joined by Zakiya Kerepoa as Turiti Galiki completes the back three
