The all-time Super Rugby W try-scorer is one of three changes to the starting backline, with coach Jo Yapp naming a new halves pairing in Samantha Wood and Faitala Moleka.
It marks Wood's maiden start of the year while Moleka returns to the side after being rested for the first Test in Brisbane.
There are three changes to the pack, headlined by former skippers Piper Duck and Michaela Leonard coming back into the starting side and Faliki Pohiva returning from a hamstring injury.
Duck will fill in at blindside flanker, while Leonard partners Kaitlan Leaney in the second-row.
Captain Emily Chancellor shifts to openside flanker as Tabua Tuinakauvadra retains her spot at number eight.
On the bench, Alapeta Ngauamo has been brought into the squad amid injuries to Eva Karpani (back), Brianna Hoy (knee) and Bree-Anna Browne (leg).
Layne Morgan, Tia Hinds and Tania Naden add experience to the finishers squad along with young gun Waiaria Ellis.
It will be their last match before next month's World Cup in England, with the Australians beginning their campaign against Samoa in Manchester.
"We were disappointed with last week’s performance. We've all had some honest reviews, and we are pleased with how the squad has responded at training," coach Yapp said in a statement.
"Unfortunately we’ve had injuries to Eva and Bree which has meant calling in Alapeta and we know Alapeta will come in and do a great job.
"We are also excited for Maya Stewart’s return after injury. With a short turnaround we are looking forward to playing at North Sydney Oval in our final game before the World Cup."
