The final round of Super Rugby U16s will see pride on the line, with the Waratahs and Reds looking to maintain momentum heading into the final next week.

With the Western Force on the bye, the WA side cannot catch Queensland or NSW to make an maiden final.

Starting off in Brisbane, the Reds will have a double header with the senior side playing the Panasonic Wild Knights at Ballymore, as they take on the winless Brumbies.

Then on Sunday, the Waratahs will face Victoria at La Trobe University to round out the regular season.

For the Reds, five key changes have been made in the form of Chilli Tonelli-Smith who will slot into the ten jersey after playing last week at fullback, while Xavier Hill is rotated in at hooker in the front row.

Moses Faleafa will also come into the starting front row, with Iverson Anitema taking Tonelli-Smith's fullback position and Karter Iva completing the changes in the centres.

The Brumbies have made three changes, with Daramalan schoolboy Harrison McIntyre at openside flanker, and St. Edmund’s College back Henry Farfan starting on the right wing, and Marist College’s Sam Filipovic returning at tight head prop.

All are returning from injury and will aim to finish the ACT side's season with their first win.

Victoria will be looking to cap off their year with a second win, fresh off a 31-20 victory over the Brumbies last week - but they will have a tough assignment on their hands in the current ladder leaders, the Waratahs.

The Waratahs will make six changes to their side, coming in fresh off the bye.

In the forwards, Hugo Lestrange moves from the bench to start as loosehead prop, with Talmage Lemusu and Thomas Chan joining the front row.

Hunter Hall will make his first start at number eight, while Levi Ellis takes over at scrumhalf, and Tom Longland starts on the wing.

Lastly, the side will make two positional changes, with Finn Hannon moving to fly-half and Eduardo Garcia Wood to the centres.
