The John Eales Medalist will be announced on the night, with several key players contending for Australian men's rugby top award.
Current medal holder Rob Valetini is unlikely to win a third consecutive medal due to missing much of the season through injury, opening the door for other big stars to win their first medal.
Among a hot list of contenders should include Len Ikitau, Harry Wilson, Fraser McReight, Nick Frost, and Max Jorgensen.
However, shortlists have been provided for the Wallaroos Player of the Year, with a new winner set to be crowned for the 2025 season out of Desiree Miller, Cecilia Smith and Tabua Tuinakauvadra, with the latter also making the shortlist for the 2024 award.
The Shawn Mackay Award will see Maddison Levi in line to potentially win her third consecutive Women’s Sevens Player of the Year award, with Faith Nathan and Isabella Nasser also making the shortlist.
The Men’s Sevens Player of the Year will see 2021 winner Henry Hutchinson and 2023 winner Henry Paterson also make the shortlist, with James Turner also up for his form across the HSBC SVNS series.
The Try of the Year will see Max Jorgensen, Charlotte Caslick, Teddy Wilson and Georgina Friedrichs all up for several significant scores, with Heidi Dennis and Sid Harvey up for tries in the Sevens.
