Ireland will like their chances of silverware in Perth as they continue to thrive in Sevens.

The Men's side defied an inconsistent 2023 to qualify for the Olympics over their European rivals.

Jordan Conroy is the heart and soul of Ireland's Sevens program and is only getting better since picking up the sport as an 18-year-old.

He crossed for his 100th try in Canada against Australia last March and continued to add to it during two starring performances in Dubai and Cape Town.

Conroy established himself as a star in Tokyo, turning that into an appearance on Dancing with the Stars, with the flyer eager to put his good footwork to use in Perth.

X Factor: Amee Leigh Murphy Crowe

Amee Leigh Murphy Crowe will be looking to add to her incredible try-scoring tally in Perth with an eye on an elusive Olympic medal.

Murphy Crowe is fast approaching the double century with 190 as the 28-year-old continues to lead the way for Ireland.

The speedster is the key behind locking Ireland's attack and can power a youthful Irish side to big things if she can constantly find space.
