Kurtley Beale says he still has plenty of fire in the belly as he prepares to knock over another important milestone, but the Western Force veteran is more than happy to let James Slipper keep the Super Rugby games record.
Beale will move into outright third on the all-time Super Rugby games played list when he lines up for cap No.186 in Saturday night's must-win clash with the Fijian Drua in Perth.

Only the retired Wyatt Crockett (202) and current ACT Brumbies prop Slipper (209) sit above Beale in the games pecking order.
Beale's hot performance off the bench in last week's 19-14 win over the Queensland Reds proved the 37-year-old still has plenty to offer at the elite level.
The former Wallabies star wasn't giving away too much when asked about his future on Thursday, but he was quick to give his blessing for Slipper to keep the games record.
"I spoke to him after the game in Canberra (two weeks ago) and I think he's going to go again," Beale said.
"It (the record) is something that I think he wants, so he can have it."
Beale says he will have a chat to coach Simon Cron at the end of the season about the potential to play on for at least another campaign.
"I feel great - fresh in the mind," Beale said.
"I'm really enjoying my rugby. The passion and the love of it is still there. The fire is still in the belly."
And as for surpassing Aaron Smith (185) on the all-time Super games list?
"It's a pretty special milestone ... it's been a hell of a journey," Beale said.
"It's a long time in the game, the game that I love."
But for now, Beale - who made his Super debut back in 2007 - is fully focused on keeping the Force's faint finals hopes alive.
With two rounds remaining, the Force are six points adrift of the sixth-placed Reds, and seven points behind the fifth-placed Brumbies.
The Force need to beat Fijian Drua and NSW Waratahs - both home games - plus rely on other results going their way in order to snare a top-six berth.
Former NRL star Zac Lomax will again start on the wing this weekend, and Beale has been impressed by what he's seen so far.
"He's impressive. In terms of athleticism, he's up there with some of the best," Beale said.
"There's still a large chunk in the game around knowledge and understanding plays (that he needs to learn), and he's actually responding quite well to that.
"More time in the saddle will allow him to become the player he wants to be."
