Finn Russell admitted that 2025 has been a special year in terms of his playing career, now capped off with a Lions series win - however he is determined to finish the series on a high in Sydney.
Speaking to journalists after the win in Melbourne, Russell took time to reflect on both his international and domestic career, being also part of two title wins at Bath.

The Lions have the chance to go 3-0 in the series - the first time that they have achieved such a feat in nearly a century.
"I think everyone wants to play in that game," the Scottish flyhalf said.
"It's not really on our minds just now. I think we need to enjoy this and celebrate tonight. But when we come back Monday, we'll be ready to go again.
"I think if we can make it a 3-0 series, that's amazing and I think everyone should be gunning for that. I think there might be changes next week to the team.
"I think this year has been a very special year for myself. We've won a couple of titles with Bath - and I've not won much in my career. So to have won two with Bath and then this now, it's amazing.
"When I get downtime and if I get any time away with the kids, you can kind of reflect back and then it'll make it even more special."
The Lions tour to Australia marks the first time Russell has won a series from three attempts, having far different experiences in New Zealand and South Africa.
"I think everyone here has been gunning for it for their whole career, you know?" Russell added.
"To get to the Lions is one thing - then to get a series win is another.
"This is my third tour, not won one. So it's so special to get this, bringing four nations together. To be a family for five, six weeks and to get the series win is amazing.
"We need to go and try and finish it off next week. Even though we've got the series, we need to go and finish it off and finish on a high.
"It's [been] a mad journey. But you've got to appreciate every part of it.
"You can't look back and think, you know, had I not been injured in South Africa, had I been called out before in New Zealand. You can't look like that. You've got to just look at the positives.
"It's always a privilege getting called into the Lions, whether that's later on in the tour or being there from the start. So I think just being here, taking part in my third series, my third tour here, it's just trying to win it.
"The most important thing to win it."
