Caslick will be eyeing a third Olympic Games alongside Sharni Smale (neé Williams), who is expected to finish up at the Paris Games.
In total, there are 13 that remain from the 2022 Triple Crown-winning side.
This includes the recently re-signed Levi sisters along with Faith Nathan, Madison Ashby, Demi Hayes, Bienne Terita, Alysia Lefau-Fakaosilea, Dom Du Toit, Tia Hinds, Sariah Paki and Lily Dick.
Isabella Nasser retains her spot in the squad after a breakthrough season with the Sevens program.
She is joined by new faces and Queensland teammates Kaitlin Shave, Sidney Taylor and Heidi Dennis.
"This is a huge season for the Sevens program, obviously with an exciting new format for the HSBC SVNS and culminating with the Olympics in Paris, which is the absolute pinnacle for our program," Walsh said in a statement.
"Our squad still has a huge amount of talent from the dominant 2022 team, not to mention a couple of gold medallists in Charlotte and Sharni.
"We have a number of players that can be considered among the best players in the Sevens world and we have added to that this year with some exciting stars of the future in Kaitlin, Sidney and Heidi."
The Australia Women’s and Men’s Sevens teams begin their SVNS series campaign on 2-3 December in Dubai, before visiting Cape Town, Perth, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Singapore and Madrid on the road to the 2024 Paris Olympics.
