It was a jam-packed weekend of club rugby last weekend, with a host of Super Rugby players in action.

How did your club go?

Squad 10 Matt McGahan bagged 11 points for Norths in a shock win over usual competition heavyweights, UQ.

McGahan was playing alongside Duncan Paiaaua for Norths, while flanker Adam Korczyk was lining up for Uni, who have now suffered two surprise losses in a row.

Teti Tela played at inside centre for Souths in a tight win over Easts.

Moses Sorovi came off the bench for Wests on a tough afternoon against JP Smith and GPS.

Development squad back Carter Gordon took the reins for Wests at 10 in the clash.

Aussie Sevens star John Porch had a double for Norths in a tight win over Manly, while Waratahs pair Andrew Tuala and Will Miller came off the bench.

Another Sevens player, Brandon Quinn, pulled on the Gordon colours for the first time in two years but the Highlanders couldn't quite pinch victory from Warringah at Rat Park.

Waratahs halfback Mitch Short had a try in Randwick's first 2019 victory - an ANZAC Day win over Easts

Irish flyhalf Bryan Croke was the star, outpointing Mack Mason in a tight encounter.

NSW lock Ryan McCauley started alongside Mason and prop Cody Walker for Easts.

Former Rebel 10 Tayler Adams led Eastwood to a win over Sydney Uni in Mudgee.

JP Sauni started for Western Sydney, along with John Folau, in a curtain raiser at Bankwest Stadium but the Two Blues couldn't notch their first win of the season.

Jordan Jackson-Hope helped Tuggeranong to its first win of the John I Dent Cup season, a 27-22 victory over Uni-Norths Owls.

Usual 12 Jackson-Hope has shifted into the flyhalf role for the Vikings this season and, along fellow Brumbies squad player Len Ikitau, proved influential in the final stages of the tight encounter.

Brumbies winger Chance Peni scored a try in the second minute of Wests' clash with Royals  but they ultimately fell just short.

Prop Faalelei Sione came off the bench for Royals in the match.

Gungahlin 29 - Queanbeyan 19
