A few football stars crossed paths at Rugby AU on Monday morning, with the North Queensland Cowboys training in Sydney.

The NRL side were at Rugby AU HQ training ahead of a clash with the Wests Tigers this weekend at Leichhardt Oval.

The Aussie Sevens women posted a picture after the session on Monday, with their injured players having a chance to meet Queensland legend Johnathan Thurston.

Great to have @jthurston06 and the @nqcowboys training at HQ today. 🙌🏼
