Stephen Moore will lead the Wallabies in his 100th Australia cap, against Scotland

Moore could have reached his 100th cap earlier had it not been for a season-ending injury in a 2014 Test.

The ruptured ACL ruined his first game as Wallabies captain, his first long-term injury, setting back the milestone.

The Wallabies captain made his debut against Samoa in 2005 and has gone on to become the most-capped hooker in Australian international rugby.

He is the first hooker to lead Australia into a World Cup and has continued his strong form heading into the tournament.

Sunday’s match will see him join the ranks of eight 100-cap Wallabies, along with returned veteran Matt Giteau.

The pair join David Campese, George Smith, Stephen Larkham, Nathan Sharpe, George Gregan and Adam Ashley-Cooper as Australia’s centurions.
