Isaac Kailea

Isaac Kailea's rise is remarkable given the fact the young Victorian has only played front-row since 2018.
The half Tongan, half Chilean rookie was inspired to move from the back-row by former Wallabies prop Nic Henderson.
It paid dividends as Kailea had a breakout 2024 Super Rugby season with Melbourne where he played 13 matches.
This earned him a call-up to the Wallabies squad with fellow looseheads Angus Bell and Blake Schoupp ruled out with injury.
He would debut off the bench against Wales and scored his maiden try against Georgia.
Suddenly, Kailea was starting against the world champion Springboks in Brisbane, holding his own against the best.
Kailea would not feature for the Wallabies in 2025, working his way back in under coach Les Kiss to start against Argentina in a victory in Jujuy.
