Nick Frost

Frosty soars high in the lineout, dominating the contest like the mythical kraken. The towering lock’s reach strikes like tentacles from the deep, snatching possession right from under opponents’ noses.
Born and raised in Berowra, New South Wales, Nick played his junior rugby at Hornsby before attending Knox Grammar School, where his talent earned him selection in the Australian Schoolboys side. A viral long-range try put him on the map and a stint with the Crusaders followed, taking him across the Tasman to cut his teeth in professional rugby. He returned to Australia to join the Brumbies in 2020 and made his Super Rugby debut against the Rebels that same year.
His performances soon earned him international recognition. In 2022, the Wallabies called him up, and he went on to represent Australia at the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Known as one of the world’s best at the lineout, he terrorises opposition plays, turning every throw into a chance for the Brumbies or Wallabies to seize control.
Heading into the 2026 season, Nick will look to take his game to even higher heights (if that’s possible for a man of his size). Keep an eye out for commanding lineout performances, physicality in the tight exchanges, and the leadership that makes him a cornerstone of both the Brumbies and Wallabies forward pack.
