Debuting in 2020, Joey Walton has persisted in his career despite injuries and the global pandemic hampering his earlier opportunities in Sky-Blue. A graduate of Wadalba High School, Walton’s rugby career ranges from serving as an Australian U18 and U20 representative, his experience with the Gordon Shute Shield club as well as a short stint in the National Provincial Championship for the Bay of Plenty. While his career is still fresh due to his stop-start journey, the Tahs are excited to pick up the momentum for Walton and see him excel in the 2023 Super Rugby Competition.
