The trio were highly influential as the WA side took out the title after a 53-26 win over the NSW Waratahs in the decider.
Centre Fakafanua stepped up throughout the tournament, scoring the vital try in their regular-season win over the Waratahs that secured home-field advantage.
In total, Fakafanua had three line breaks and finished in the top five for eight of the 10 work-rate stats.
The Sydney Uni product started every game for the club, pressing his claim for a debut start in Super Rugby Pacific next year.
WA-born, Kiwi-bred scrumhalf Hastie was close behind in second as he presses for international honours.
The former Highlander topped Super Rugby AUS for tries with five, including a double against the ACT Brumbies and Queensland Reds during the regular season.
Hastie also set up two tries across the season, stepping into the void left by the injured Henry Robertson and Los Pumas star Agustin Moyano after finishing the Super Rugby Pacific competition as the starter.
Veteran Beale rounds out the list after turning back the clock for the Force.
Featuring across flyhalf and inside centre, the legendary Wallaby was one of the best on ground in the title victory over the Waratahs, setting up two tries in the first 15 minutes to help them ran away with the game.
Beale's status for 2027 is yet to be confirmed, as he pushes for a recall to the Test arena after his initial return in 2025 was derailed by injury.
