The Western Force is thrilled to confirm the re-signing of versatile and durable back-rower Will Harris for the 2027 Swyftx Super Rugby Pacific campaign.
The Australia A representative played 13 of 14 Super Rugby games last season, regularly impacting off the bench with his energy, strength and flexibility.
From his 340 minutes on field last season, Harris scored one try from 249 carry metres with 10 defenders beaten, playing either number 8 or blindside flanker. Harris was strong defensively, making 69 tackles, with three breakdown steals and five turnovers won while he added a lineout option, with nine takes.

The versatile 26-year-old forward has established himself at the Force, playing 40 games since his move west from the NSW Waratahs ahead of the 2024 season.
Harris is now an experienced Super Rugby player, with 81 competition caps to his name after debuting for the ‘Tahs in 2020.
Prior to that, he represented Australia in the 2019 World Rugby U20s Championship in Argentina alongside current Force players Carlo Tizzano, Ben Donaldson and Henry Robertson.
The 195cm back-rower, who lives with close mates Jeremy Williams and Donaldson, has added plenty to the culture of the group off the field too.
Force head coach Simon Cron said: “Will brings a fantastic energy and pulse to our club - he’s driven, hard-working and respected across the board.
"His best footy is still ahead of him. After establishing himself as a regular in 2026, the next step is helping him take that leap into becoming a truly dominant loose forward in the competition."
Harris, who was born in Townsville and schooled at Sydney’s Scots College, said his connection with his team-mates was a key reason for re-committing along with being driven to help the team get better.
“I’m excited to re-commit to the Force,” Harris said.
“I love this group of players, which includes some of my best mates. It’s a tight-knit group and I feel really connected with them.
“As a team, we’re on an upward trajectory and I want to be part of continuing to make the club get better, win more games and make finals.
“I love Perth as a place. I’m excited to continue to enjoy my time in the west.
“As a personal note, I’d love to get back into the starting team regularly and play a lot more minutes while continuing to develop combinations with those around me.”
Harris is currently playing with ladder-leading Eastern Suburbs in the NSW Shute Shield and will link up with the Force for Super Rugby AUS once their finals campaign is over.
