The Western Force has confirmed breakout star Henry Robertson will not feature again in 2026 due to a knee injury.

The Force confirmed on Wednesday the star scrumhalf will undergo surgery next week after suffering an ACL injury early in their loss to the ACT Brumbies.

Robertson was in the midst of a breakout Super season with the Force, starting seven games after the departure of Nic White.

It led to the ex-Waratah being considered as a bolter for the Wallabies in 2026, having represented Australia A against Japan XV last year.

Nathan Hastie replaces him in the starting side, with Los Pumas' Agustin Moyano added to the bench.

The Force's slim finals hopes were further dashed by a quad injury to Ben Donaldson and a calf injury to Tom Robertson.

Max Burey steps in for Donaldson, with Misinale Epenisa and Harry Johnson-Holmes the two starting props.

It's a game filled with milestones, with flanker Carlo Tizzano set for his 50th Super Rugby appearance.

“To be honest every single time I get put on the jersey for me it's like a State of Origin," he said.

“It's a really, really proud moment for me and it's a highlight every week...I've been feeling like, after coming back from the knee, I've been a better version of myself. That's all you can ask for at the end of the day."

Former Reds Sef Fa'agase and Mac Grealy are also set for special milestone games against their former sides, with Fa'agase bringing up 100 while Grealy makes it 50.

Kurtley Beale is set to bring up his 185th Super Rugby cap off the bench, taking him equal with Aaron Smith for third most caps in competition history.
