RECAP: The XVs is run and done - now it's time for 7s to shine on Day 5 of the Buildcorp Australian Schools and Junior Rugby Union Championship.

Yesterday, Sydney Juniors collected two national girls XVs titles while Queensland Country and NSW Junior Barbarians also took home silverware - click here for the full XVs recap.

Today sees the 7s leg kick off for Australia's best U16s and U18 girls from Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, ACT, Western Australia, Northern Territory and the Lloyd McDermott Rugby Development Team (aka 'Lloydies').

NSW 1 (15 points) are frontrunners in the U16 division after racking up 135 points and going unbeaten in their three opening fixtures.

Lloydies (14 points) are also tracking well after Day 1 with three wins from four games.
