Scotland host the Wallaroos in Round 3 of the 2026 WXV Global Series.

Wallaroos skipper Siokapesi Palu Sekona is calling for early pressure from her side as they look to build momentum to finish the year.

The Aussies can wrap up the series against Scotland with a Saturday win in Sydney before heading to Canberra next week.

The Wallaroos have never lost to the Scots, pulling off the 30-10 win in Edinburgh despite a slow start.

Searching for the perfect performance, Palu Sekona hopes the side rises to the occasion of the Quad Header.

"We didn't start off really well, which meant that we came out firing in the second half, but we've got to build pressure from the very beginning, and that's something that we'll take in," she told reporters.

"Given that we are a young side we want to make sure that we start really well. Our team thrives on confidence; I think any team would. If we can start off really well, we'll be able to play the kind of football that we want."

The side looked relaxed ahead of the contest, aiming to keep the atmosphere light after a tough European stint.

"We're a young side, but in saying that, we're so unique, and everyone has a different characteristic or personality to bring to this team, and it just shows how authentic we are as women," Palu Sekona said.

"We love being ourselves. We are human and we express ourselves through who we are as people.

"You can see it day before game day; girls are just kicking the ball around, having fun, and that's what's really important. If we can build that cohesion off the field, it'll definitely translate into the game."

The two Tests at home are the final before the program officially becomes professional at the end of the year, which the Brumbies star is excited about.

"It's super special knowing that we're about to move into a new space where we'll be integrated and centralised full time and it's something that we're really excited about," Palu Sekona believes.

"We know that we want to produce good rugby but the best is yet to come and so if we can just set a really good platform in the next two Tests, it just means that it's only going to get better.
