Wallabies flyhalf Carter Gordon has been named for his return from injury for Saturday's second Test against Japan in Townsville.
It headlines a host of changes from last week's gruelling win in Osaka, including the potential debut of Massimo De Lutiis as Wallaby #1000.

Coach Les Kiss has named almost a completely new starting pack, leaving just Josh Nasser and Harry Wilson from the three-point win.
Angus Bell and Taniela Tupou are the new props, whilst Lachlan Shaw and Lukhan Salakaia-Loto form a new-look lock combination after Miles Amatosero's suspension.
It marks Shaw's debut start in gold following his debut against Ireland in July. Meanwhile, Salakaia-Loto has been named for the first time in 2026, recalled for the two-Test series.

Comparatively, the backline is much more settled as Isaac Henry has been elevated to start in place of Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii (hamstring).
Queensland Reds young gun De Lutiis headlines the bench, set to make history as the 1000th player to play for Australia.
He joins an experienced bench which sees the return of Brandon Paenga-Amosa and Filipo Daugunu.
The likes of Fraser McReight, Jeremy Williams, Tate McDermott and Ben Donaldson are set to finish the game, with Australia returning to Townsville for the first time since their after-the-siren winner over Argentina.
“The coaches have looked to find some balance in the selection after what was a physically taxing Test week in the heat in Japan," Kiss said.
“The whole group has worked hard this week and we know where we need to improve. This Saturday in Townsville gives us an opportunity to grow and strengthen our game on home soil in front of our supporters.”
