Chiefs centre Quinn Tupaea will take a sizeable lead in the Super Rugby Pacific Player of the Year voting as it heads behind closed doors.
Western Force star Ben Donaldson chipped into the advantage after scoring well in their win over the Crusaders, but the midfielder will be the one to beat heading into the end of the season.

Donaldson's Force teammate Zac Lomax also polled votes, with confirmation the new recruit is eligible for Rookie of the Year contention despite his NRL experience.
NSW Waratahs fullback Sid Harvey extended his lead further in Rookie of the Year voting, closing in on the top ten overall.
The captains and head coaches of both teams nominate their top three players from the opposing team each week, allocating three votes, two votes, and one vote, respectively.
On top of this, the Player of the Year voting process has been bolstered for the upcoming season, with a panel of respected rugby media identities from across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji assembled to contribute votes on each game.
