Super W 2023: All the team news for the semi finals

The semi-finals of Super W are here as the top four teams battle it out for a place in next week's final in Townsville.

The double-header at Concord Oval will kick off with a grand final rematch as the undefeated NSW Waratahs take on the Fijiana Drua.

This will be followed by the Queensland Reds taking on the ACT Brumbies, with the Reds out to replicate their round three efforts.

Sunday 30 April 12:35 pm AEDT – NSW Waratahs v Fijiana Drua at Concord Oval, ad-free, live and on demand on Stan Sport

The Waratahs are at near-full strength, with coach Campbell Aitken welcoming back a host of stars.

Captain Piper Duck headlines the plethora of Wallaroos returning for the semi-final, overcoming injury to join Fi Jones and Grace Hamilton in the back-row.

Emily Robinson and Adiana Talakai take their place in the front-row alongside Bridie O'Gorman.

Katrina Barker has also recovered from a knock, reuniting with Georgina Friedrichs in the centres as Maya Stewart returns to the starting side after making her return from the bench.

As for the Drua, they have been boosted by the inclusion of former Fijiana 15s captain Sereima Leweniqila.

Leweniqila forms an imposing back-row along with Karalaini Naisewa and Sulita Waisega.

Winger Kolora Lomani also comes into the starting side, having switched back from rugby league for the semi-final

Reds coach Simon Craig has kept a settled side for the semi-final.

Wallaroo Tiarna Molloy is the lone change to the starting side, which sees Cristo Tofa shift to tighthead prop.
 


Craig has made one change to his bench, with Bond University hooker Tazmin Sheppard coming into the side as a finisher.
 


Former Fijian sprinter Heleina Young retains her spot on the wing after a starring debut against the Drua.

Meanwhile, the Brumbies will be without Black Fern Amy Rule in the front-row.

Sally Fuesaina earns her first start at loosehead prop, joining vice-captain hooker Tania Naden and fellow international Iris Verebalavu.

Tabua Tuinakauvadra shifts to lock alongside vice-captain Kate Holland, with Alyce Solaese earning her first start at blindside flanker.

Gisela Vea also earns a start, combining with teenager Faitala Moleka in the halves
