The 30-year-old didn't miss a game all season and his consistent point-scoring saw him finish on 267 votes, 26 clear of next best Harry Potter.
“He has been the rock in the team this year," coach Simon Cron said.
“He’s played the most amount of minutes as a front-row forward in the whole competition which is testament to his attitude and preparation. He’s got an unmatched work rate, tackle count and effective involvement.
“He’s done an incredible job having to play tighthead prop for us, especially when he’s a specialist loosehead. No one else could’ve done what he’s done, and we’re thrilled to see that recognised.”
Carlo Tizzano came in third with 200 votes, with second-rowers Darcy Swain and Jeremy Williams rounding out the top five.
Tizzano was named Members' Super Rugby MVP whilst sixth-place Nick Champion de Crespigny claimed Force Man Award.
As for Pomare, she narrowly took out the Rebecca Clough Medal, polling 74 points.
This put her three clear of flanker Anneka Stephens, who won the Force Women Award.
Pomare also claimed the Member's MVP honour, with Tamika Jones (41), Pia Tapsell (34) and Ashley Marsters (25) also in the top five for overall votes.
“Trill being voted in again by the playing group as our captain in 2025 just shows how respected she is within this group," coach Dylan Parsons believes.
“This year was one of her best seasons I’ve seen. She came into the season in a really good position. She was very motivated for the team and herself to do well, and because of that we’ve seen some really good performances from her throughout the whole season.
“When things aren’t going well, she’s the first one to step up and try to make something happen. Trill leads through grit and determination. Her actions on the field have such an influence on this team. This award is well deserved.”
