The NSW Waratahs and ACT Brumbies will be battling for their finals hopes as the two rivals face off in Sydney.

The Waratahs got the spoils earlier in the year, but must win again to stay in touch with the top six with two rounds remaining.

They take an unchanged starting side into the contest, with Joey Walton added to the bench.

For the Brumbies, they are fresh off the bye and sit in fifth, just three points ahead of the seventh placed Waratahs.

Prop Allan Alaalatoa will bring up 150 games for the club, with Billy Pollard and Kadin Pritchard back in the starting side.
