The Wallaroos have put their Ballymore demons firmly behind them, blasting away Wales 36-5 in front of 4,651 fans on a wet night at North Sydney Oval to round off their World Cup preparations in style.
Jo Yapp's side hit the ground running with three tries in the first half to lead 21-5 at halftime.

Tabua Tuinakauvadra earned player of the match after scoring two tries in the second half, and Ash Marsters also delivering off the back of a strong Wallaroos maul.
However, the most impressive element was the Australian defence, with the hosts only conceding one try despite Wales holding most of the possession and territory.
The Welsh lost their co-captain Alex Callender early due to injury - but Jasmine Joyce crossed for the visitors only try of the match.
