England's hopes of notching up an 11th straight win have been dealt a significant blow, with hooker Jamie George and backs Ollie Lawrence and Tom Roebuck all being ruled out of Sunday's match against Argentina at Twickenham.
The trio were missing from the 35-man squad named on Tuesday after suffering injuries last weekend in the win over New Zealand.

George and centre Lawrence both picked up hamstring injuries in the 33-19 triumph against the All Blacks, while wing Roebuck suffered a foot injury.
The result comes at a critical time, with Steve Borthwick's depleted outfit bidding for an 11th straight win when they take on Argentina.
The English side is also without lock Ollie Chessum and wing Tommy Freeman due to injuries sustained earlier in the November Internationals.
The winning streak is already the second-longest in the history of the white jersey, following the Eddie Jones-led side that managed 18 consecutive wins from October 2015 to March 2017.
Among the current streak is an impressive series sweep of Argentina in July 2025, with Borthwick coming away with 35-12 and 22-17 victories in Buenos Aires and San Juan, respectively, despite missing 15 players on British & Irish Lions' duty.
The Felipe Contepomi-led side, however, is a far different prospect this weekend, having since recorded historic victories at home over the All Blacks and away against the Wallabies in the Rugby Championship.
They have capped it off with a record win over Wales in Cardiff, then edging a dramatic game against Scotland on Sunday, coming from behind to win 33-24 at Murrayfield.
A third victory for Los Pumas to cap off their autumn tour would be a historic prospect for the South American outfit.
Not only would victory snap a four-game losing streak over the English, but it would mark a first-ever Pumas clean sweep on a UK tour.
