The British & Irish Lions are still undefeated in Australia - but they had to dig deep to take down a fierce First Nations Pasifika XV side.
The visitors scored two tries in the second half but couldn't capitalise against a resilient defence, with the hosts firing with a try of their own to set up a grandstand finish - but couldn't convert, going down 24-19.

Despite the loss, the First Nations Pasifika side left as the fan favourites, with Charlie Gamble stamping his claim for a Wallabies call up with a man of the match performance.
The Lions will have a quick turnaround, facing the Wallabies this weekend at the MCG.

Lions attack quickly and send it long but Muirhead regathers, but kicks it out on the full again! Lions lineout on the 22.
13' FNP 0 BIL 14 The Lions earn a penalty for offside, and they go to the corner again. Daugunu is off for a HIA, Debreczeni will come on in his place. The Lions go wide - and Darcy Graham goes over untouched. Smith converts and it's a great start for the visitors.
