Follow a recap of all the action, game by game below:
Australia Women 43 def Brazil Women 5

Australia has started Hong Kong on fire with a 43-7 win over Brazil

The Aussies started on fire as Sariah Paki took advantage of a Brazilian yellow card to cross with ease for the opener.

Madison Ashby followed her lead, darting and stepping through defenders, before settling up Maddison Levi for yet another try.

Charlotte Caslick capped off the perfect half with a late double as Tim Walsh’s side took a 31-0 lead into the break.

Teagan Levi picked up where they left off, scoring 30 seconds after the break, followed over by sister Maddi.

Australia Women 19 def Ireland Women 12

Australia has toughed out a 19-12 win over Ireland

Faith Nathan turned defence into attack, snatching the ball at the ruck as she combined with Charlotte Caslick for the opener.

Ireland answered back to take the lead, only for Teagan Levi to bulldoze the Irish defence to restore the lead, followed over by Caslick for a 19-7 lead at the break.

Amee Leigh Murphy Crowe set up the grandstand finish with a try in the corner as the Aussies were camped on their line.

Ireland continues to press their line, only for Tim Walsh’s side to grit their teeth and come up with the turnover

It ensures their spot in the quarter-finals, confirming their place at the 2024 Tokyo Olympics

Australia Men 26 def Japan Men 5

Australia started their Hong Kong defence with a 26-5 win over Japan

Maurice Longbottom opened the scoring with a trademark step and burst of speed to score under the posts, only to appear to hurt his hamstring.

With Longbottom off, up stepped Matt Gonzalez to burst away for a double to cap the perfect start.

Dietrich Roache crossed just before the break to take a 26-0 lead.

Japan controlled the second half but the Australian’s defence held strong despite a late try well after the siren.

Australia Women 35 def Fiji Women 5

Australia have secured top spot in Pool B with a 35-5 win over Fiji.

After a frenetic start, it was Madison Ashby that got first points on the board after great work from Alysia Lefau-Fakaosilea over the ball.

Charlotte Caslick then brought up her 150th try on the World Series, breaking through the defenders.

Faith Nathan showed the acceleration to cap off the half, taking a 21-0 half-time lead.

Tia Hinds steps and shimmered away to extend the lead, followed over by Caslick for try 151 to seal the win

Australia Men 12 def Spain Men 7

Australia has survived a major scare to defeat Spain 12-7.

Spain stunned the defending champions early as Alejandro Laforga dived over after their early dominance.

Josh Turner was yellow carded shortly afterwards after another Laforga break, however, the Aussies held on to only go into the break down by seven.

Henry Paterson stepped up when the Aussies needed him, swerving through to reduce the margin.

Nathan Lawson put John Manenti’s side in front with two minutes to go with a blistering run down the sidelines, holding on for a gutsy win

Australia Men 5 def by USA Men 24

Australia have missed out on the quarter-finals after going down to the USA 24-5.

Needing to win after the USA's earlier defeat to Spain, Dietrich Roache sprinted past Perry Baker for the opening try of the match.

A yellow card to Nathan Lawson provided the space for David Still III to level the scores at the break.

Perry Baker got the Americans in front to start the second, scoring a quick double.

The USA closed out the game with 90 seconds to go, leaving the Aussies fighting for ninth

Australia Women 24 def Ireland Women 5

Australia are into the semi-finals with a 24-5 win over Ireland.

After a tense encounter in the group stages, Charlotte Caslick set the tempo early after latching onto a Maddison Levi try for the opener.

Faith Nathan just managed to keep her feet in to score in the corner, followed over by Caslick’s second for a 19-0 lead at the break.

Caslick turned provided, putting the ball on the boot for Madison Ashby to extend the lead.

The Levis combined well to stop a certain try before Ireland crossed late with the game already decided

Australia Men 22 def Hong Kong Men 5

Australia have rebounded from last night's defeat with a tough 22-5 win over Hong Kong.

Hong Kong defied their invitational status and took it to the Aussies early, only for Matt Gonzalez to break away and set up Nathan Lawson for a length-of-the-field try.

The pair combined for Lawson’s second shortly afterwards before Darby Lancaster regathered the kickoff and found Henry Paterson for a 17-0 lead at the break.

Liam Herbert lit up the home crowd with a breakthrough try for Hong Kong, however the Aussies had an answer for everything as Nick Malouf sealed the win with a brutal fend and try

Australia Men 12 def by Samoa Men 15

Samoa have come back to defeat Australia 15-12.

Samoa opened the scoring, instantly answered by a great piece of individual brilliance from Darby Lancaster.

The Samoans tried to brutalise the Australians before some heroic defence stopped a certain try. Hayden Sergeant then burrowed his way over for a 12-5 half-time lead.

Vaa Apelu Maliko then produced something special to reduce the margin. A yellow card to Sargeant forced the Aussies to scramble, allowing Maliko to cross for a double to win the match

Australia Women 19 def Great Britain Women 5

Australia have booked their place in the inaugural Women's Hong Kong Final with a 19-5 win over Great Britain.

In a tense first half, Charlotte Caslick scored the lone points of the half as she shimmied and stepped past the Great Britain defence.

The Levis then turned on the magic, first Teagan, followed by Maddison to give Australia a 19-0 lead.

They would survive a late change from Great Britain to book their place in the final against New Zealand and a chance to claim the first Women’s Hong Kong title
