It'll mark the first time the two teams have faced each other since the 2023 edition of WXV, with the Wallaroos stunning them 29-20 for the upset win.
The French were coming off a narrow semi-final loss at the World Cup the previous year, but a hat-trick to Karpani powered Australia to a maiden win over France.
With the team fired up after their loss to the Red Roses, Karpani was keen to harness the confidence and energy.
"I think we played on our terms and played with momentum," Karpani recalled of the match in New Zealand.
"[The 2023 win] fills us with confidence. They've got some members in their team, but they're still a really good and physical team. For us, anyone's beatable, similar to the Red Roses, where we really showed them and gave it to them in the first half.
"I think with France, we just need to stick to our game plan and really execute it for the full length of the game. We've got some confidence going into it and we're excited."
Karpani crossed late in the defeat to England, edging her closer to the Wallaroos all-time try-scoring record.
The tight-head scored her 15th Test try, only behind Desiree Miller (18) and Maya Stewart (17).
"I try and pick and choose my battles; Desi is a phenomenal player," Karpani said, smiling.
"For me, a try is a try and I wouldn't be over the line if it wasn't for my teammates. Everyone loves a meat pie but for me, it's about winning the game and putting the best foot forward for the team."
France started their WXV Global Series campaign with a 28-14 defeat to New Zealand in Lyon.
"I think we just need to stick to our game plan and our process. We've proved that we can do it, the plan is just to continue to touch up a few things and continue to do it for the whole length of the game," Karpani added.
