"Closing the curtain on 12 incredible years. Special people, special places and lots to remember," he said via social media
"Big thank you to everyone who supported along the way and those that played a part. It’s been real."
Kellaway played 49 games for the Wallabies, debuting in 2021 after grinding his way into the Test set-up.
Emerging as a bright star of the Australia U20s team in 2014-15, the outside back would debut for the Waratahs the following year against the ACT Brumbies.
The Randwick junior would head overseas in 2018, spending time in Japan, New Zealand and England before returning to Australia with the Melbourne Rebels in 2021.
In Melbourne, Kellaway flourished, catching the eye of then-coach Dave Rennie for a maiden Wallabies call-up.
He earned his Test debut against France in July that year, but broke out during the Bledisloe Cup series, scoring three Tries in two matches at Eden Park.
It started a golden period for Kellaway as he scored the second most tries (9) in a Wallabies’ debut season and walked away with Rugby Australia’s Rookie of the Year award.
Kellaway would become a regular for the Wallabies across his four year international career, featuring at the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
The 30-year-old finished his career at the Waratahs, last pulling on the gold jersey against Ireland in November 2025.
