Harvey Norman announced as Super Rugby AU naming rights partner for 2021

Rugby AU CEO Andy Marinos says the new Harvey Norman sponsorship will be a major shot in the arm for the code as the Super Rugby AU season begins.

Rugby Australia is delighted to confirm retail giant Harvey Norman as Super Rugby AU’s competition naming rights partner for the 2021 season.

The proudly Australian company will also be the competition naming rights partner for the inaugural Trans-Tasman Super Rugby tournament, set to kick-off in May this year.

Rugby Australia Chief Executive Andy Marinos said: “We’re incredibly proud to partner with such an iconic Australian company for our flagship domestic competition.

“This partnership is yet another clear sign of the direction of Australian Rugby and the exciting future ahead for the game in this country.

“I want to thank Katie Page and her team for joining the Rugby family. We look forward to working together to bring Australian sport fans a thrilling Harvey Norman Super Rugby AU season.”

The Harvey Norman Super Rugby AU season kicks off this Friday 19 February live, free-to-air on 9Gem from 7.45pm AEDT as well as ad free, live and on demand on Stan’s new add-on sports package, Stan Sport.

Stan Sport is the only place to watch every minute of the action, with extensive coverage live and ad-free via Stan’s add-on sports package, with a game each round simulcast live free-to-air on 9Gem.
