All Blacks legend Carlos Spencer hasn't lost any of his skills in retirement.

Hurricanes assistant coach Spencer, who is in lock down with his family in New Zealand, showed off his pinpoint accuracy in a TikTok video this week.

Spencer's son Payton was attempting to slot a pass into a basketball hoop from a patio at their house.

After a handful of failed attempts, Carlos stepped into frame and slotted the shot, on what he said was his third attempt.
