After the disappointment of last season, the Brumbies have undertaken gruelling preseason training sessions to ensure they don't repeat the mistakes of 2017.

The return of David Pocock headlines nine new faces in the Brumbies' Super Rugby squad for 2018.

The star flanker was granted a sabbatical from Australian rugby in 2017, spending the majority of the year in Africa before lacing up the boots for Panasonic Wild Knights in the current Japanese Top League season.

The 65-Test Wallaby will return to lead the Brumbies pack in 2018 - an enormous boost for the reigning Australian Conference champions.David Pocock headlines a bumper Brumbies squad. In the backs, Christian Lealiifano will be fit and firing after missing the majority of last year battling leukaemia, with Matt Lucas, James Verity-Amm and Chance Peni all new faces among the squad.
