The European Champions Cup kicked off at the weekend and there were plenty of Australians in action.

Christian Lealiifano landed two crucial penalties late in Ulster's 19-9 win over Wasps.

Lealiifano took over from John Cooney and landed two penalties late in the piece to clinch the win.

George Smith and Jordan Smiler helped Suntory Sungoliath sneak home 32-31 against Toyota Verblitz.

David Pocock, Berrick Barnes and Daniel Heenan all starred for Panasonic Wild Knights in their huge 56-7 win against Kobe Steelers, with Digby Ioane coming off the bench.
