Nick Stiles has made just one change to his starting XV that will take on the Waratahs in a must-win clash on Saturday.

Wallabies skipper Stephen Moore will start in place of Alex Mafi, who played well in Moore's absence against the Kings.

He shifts to the bench, with Andrew Ready left out of the 23-man squad.

The other changes all come on Stiles' bench - an area he has not been happy with in several of the team's losses.

Leroy Houston starred for Wests in club footy last Saturday and will get his first taste of Super Rugby in 2017 as a reward for that performance - Adam Korczyk dropping off the bench.

Campbell Magnay made his return to rugby for GPS against Wests in that match and while he only played 40 minutes, Stiles has named him on the bench in place of Chris Kuridrani.

Izack Rodda also comes back into the 23, with Kane Douglas left out of the squad.

Stiles has elected to keep Samu Kerevi as captain, despite Moore's return to the team.

The Reds host the Waratahs at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday night, kicking off at 7:45pm AEST, broadcast LIVE on FOX SPORTS and via radio at RUGBY.com.au.
