Parahi to join Wests Tigers in 2016

Qantas Australian Sevens forward Jesse Parahi has informed the Australian Rugby Union that he will join NRL side Wests Tigers for the 2016 season.

The 26-year-old Australian Schools representative made his national Sevens debut in London in May 2010 going on to represent Australia 33 times at World Series level. Parahi played at the 2013 Rugby World Cup Sevens tournament in Russia and was part of the squad that won a Bronze Medal at the XX Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

Parahi will be available for selection for the Olympic Qualifier in Auckland, New Zealand in November.
