David Pocock has had a horror run with injuries over the last two years however, he is peaking at the right time with less than four months until the 2015 Rugby World Cup! Playing just five games over the past two years, Pocock has managed to string 10 games together in 2015 for the Brumbies, averaging 75 minutes per game!

Tries

We all know David Pocock for his strength around the ruck and ability to force penalties but he has managed to add another string to his bow. Before this season Pocock had managed just seven tries from his 75 #SuperRugby matches, but in 2015 he has scored four tries from 10 matches, including a hat-trick in round 11 against the Highlanders!

Forced Penalties/Pilfers

Pocock may have gone through two knee reconstructions in the past two years but that hasn’t stopped him from being monstrous around the ruck, and his ability to cause a turnover makes him one of the most feared players in Super Rugby. Pocock leads the competition for forced penalties in 2015 with 12 and has managed six pilfers from his 10 games this season to rank him seventh in Super Rugby.

Qantas Wallabies coach Michael Cheika has a tough decision to make in the near future with the likes of all Pocock, Hooper, Gill & Hodgson all pushing for a gold jersey.
