Tom Cusack is a proud product from the nation’s capital and currently splits his time between the Brumbies and Australian Sevens program on a dual contract. Tom Cusack was drafted into the Australian Sevens squad for the Wellington Sevens in 2013 and quickly established himself as an asset with ball in hand.
Cusack has previously represented Australia at Schoolboys and U20s level. This is Cusack’s second stint with the Australian Sevens having diverted his attention to the Brumbies when he moved there in 2017 following on from the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
A graduate of Marist College Canberra, Cusack's skills span further than the Rugby pitch and classroom - he has also been playing piano since he was 12 years old and actually holds an Italian passport through his mother’s side.
Cusack was Australia's leading try scorer at the Rio 2016 Olympics, crossing over four times during the tournament.
