This year will be Samu Kerevi's third at the Reds after being hand-picked by head coach Richard Graham following impressive performances in club rugby. Born in Fiji, Kerevi and his family moved to Australia when he was just seven years old, playing the majority of his junior club rugby at Sunnybank before making the move to GPS following school. He made his Super Rugby debut for the Reds late in 2014 and went on to be one of the side's dominant attacking forces in 2015, earning a call up to the Wallabies training squad ahead of The Rugby Championship, although he wasn't selected for the tournament. Outside of rugby, the explosive back possesses a keen interest in the tourism industry and is currently studying a Diploma of Business to help set him up for life after rugby, but we expect there's still a lot more to come on the field for this exciting 22-year-old.
