A NSW and Australian Schoolboy representative, Anderson made the switch to Sevens during the 2015 Youth Commonwealth Games in Samoa. Earning his World Series Debut in Sydney in 2017, after coming off the bench, Anderson impressed and went on to score 90 points across the remainder of the 2017/2018 World Series.

A powerful utility forward, Anderson appeared in 9 of the 10 world series legs during the team’s 2017/2018 World Series campaign including the victorious Sydney campaign where the side took out the final 29-0 against reigning World series champions – South Africa. Scoring another 90 points during the 2017/2018 campaign, Anderson hopes to continue in this fine form as the team build into the upcoming Olympic Games in 2020.
